Project management is about securing delivery with desired content and quality within the given framework with regards to costs and progress.

On the one hand, it is important to have methods and tools that ensure necessary management and control during different phases of the project. On the other hand, it’s about directing people – getting different people, with different backgrounds and references, to work towards common goals within a given framework.

We use various methods and tools for managing projects – both recognized concepts available in the market and our own concepts developed through years of experience in project management within business development, organizational development and IT.

Our consultants have many years of experience with different roles in project work – project owners, members of management teams, project managers and participants in projects. Combined with extensive experience from line management in various businesses, this provides a good foundation for managing projects with our customers.
