Leadership development is about strengthening corporate leadership – strengthening management’s capacity to exercise leadership.

Leadership development aims to strengthen the company’s “management power.” It aims to develop management’s strategic ability, manpower and control, while also concentrating on management’s ability to lead.

Leadership development is about developing management as a cohesive group – benefiting from each other’s qualities, creating good relationships, establishing good processes and designing a good leadership culture.

Manager development is also about developing the individual leader as a person – being aware of his or her own strengths and weaknesses, creating consciousness of their own behavior and creating a basis for good communication.

Managerial development is carried out as a process over time. We initially conduct various analyses of the management team together and individually. The results of the analyses are discussed with the management team and the individual leader, and then form the basis for both collective and individual measures. The subsequent process is implemented as a combination of workshops with the management team and with the individual leaders. Participants also work on tasks related to their own work situations.
