Multi-enterprise programs are about acquiring knowledge and inspiration and then refining, adapting and implementing it into their own business.

Business executives are usually good at utilizing different arenas to acquire new ideas. The challenge is often that you do not have time to process the ideas, adapt them to your own situation and transform them into specific measures in your own business. It can also be a challenge to many businesses that they lack knowledge about how to implement such processes.

Business programs are implemented through a combination of seminars and a guided strategy process in the individual company. The seminars provide professional rewards and, not least, an opportunity to share experience with managers from other companies. Between the seminars we work in the individual business, designing strategy and action plans. The programs deliver a thorough

strategy for the next three to five years and a method for implementing strategic processes in their own business.

Business programs are created for a group of 10 to 12 businesses over a period of 10 months. We target medium-sized businesses within different industries or regions.

We collaborate with local industry associations, banks or other sources of funding to partially finance the programs, as well as various resources of competence.
