Erling Eriksen is the General Manager of Strategisk Bedriftsutvikling AS. He was former Managing Director and senior adviser at SINTEF Bedriftsutvikling AS.

Erling has been Managing Director of Titech Visionsort AS (Ferd) and an International Executive VP at Norwegian industrial group Kværner, where he was responsible for mechanical engineering and acquisition and operation of manufacturing units and subsidiaries. Erling has experience from the sale, manufacture and delivery of complex equipment packages to the ship and offshore industry and to hydropower. He has extensive experience within Norwegian and international top management and boards of directors.

Areas of expertise are strategy, business development and innovation, strategic technology and product understanding, mentoring and entrepreneurship.

Erling is a Naval Architect and Marine Engineer (MSc) from NTNU and an Operative Officer from the RNoN Naval Academy. He has additional education from Henley Management College (UK), CTI Coaching and BI Norwegian Business School.

Geir was previously a senior adviser at SINTEF Corporate Development and has experience in strategy development, innovation, process improvements, management development, team development as well as process, project and program management.

He has extensive industry experience in the ICT industry in Norway and internationally; within sales and business development in leading US companies such as Hewlett-Packard and Digital, as well as through the development of new Norwegian software-based companies such as Component Software Norway (now Affecto) and TraceTracker.

John Armand has 18 years of experience as senior corporate consultant in various consulting environments at SINTEF, Avenir and Mercuri International. Key areas of work have been project and process management, strategy development, business development, organizational development, conversion and change processes, leadership and sales development, ICT strategy, procurement and implementation.

He has 16 years in the ICT industry, including 10 years in management positions, in companies such as Software Innovation, Intentia, Mycron, Norsk Data and IBM. Central areas of work have included the management of performance units, process management related to internal development processes, leadership development, competence management, resource management and cultural construction, as well as sales and advice in implementing IT solutions.

Board member of Ikomm AS and Chairman of Strategisk Bedriftsutvikling AS. John Armand is a graduate in economics from the Norwegian Business School (BI).

Inge has extensive experience from the maritime industry and most recently was CEO of Light Structures AS, which carried out a significant restructuring and logged strong growth during his tenure. His core competence includes strategy development and implementation, growth programs, restructuring, innovation, acquisitions, internationalization and market development.

His experience is based on management positions with several companies in the maritime industries and includes market development and global establishment of a software company, design and software development for complex maritime logistics operations and internationalization processes of maritime and oil/gas sector products and services.

Inge has also served on the boards of several firms in Norway and abroad. Inge holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from American Intercontinental University and a Master of Arts in International Economics from Webster University.
